The invention relates to an environment-friendly cement feeding and conveying device and a cement mixing pile construction system. The cement feeding and conveying device comprises a cement storage module, a cement feeding and conveying module, a liquid pump module and an air pump module, wherein the cement feeding and conveying module comprises a high-speed stirrer, a slurry conveying power unitand a powder conveying power unit; the high-speed stirrer is connected with the slurry conveying power unit through a slurry inlet control valve; the slurry conveying power unit is connected with a slurry conveying pipe; the powder conveying power unit is connected with a powder conveying pipe; the slurry conveying power unit and the powder conveying power unit are connected with a conversion control valve; the cement storage module is connected with the high-speed stirrer and the powder conveying power unit; the air pump module is connected with the conversion control valve and a pulse control valve; the other end of the pulse control valve is connected with the cement storage module; and the liquid pump module is connected with the high-speed stirrer. Compared with the prior art, powderspraying and slurry spraying operation can be alternately implemented in the pile forming process, and the pile forming quality is remarkably improved; and meanwhile, the environment-friendly cement feeding and conveying device has multiple purposes, the application range is wide, and the practical value is high.
本发明涉及一种环保型水泥上料送料装置和水泥搅拌桩施工系统,水泥上料送料装置包括水泥储料模块、水泥上送料模块、液泵模块和气泵模块。水泥上送料模块包括高速搅拌器、输浆动力单元和输粉动力单元,高速搅拌器通过进浆控制阀连接输浆动力单元,输浆动力单元连接输浆管,输粉动力单元连接输粉管,输浆动力单元和输粉动力单元连接转换控制阀;水泥储料模块连接高速搅拌器和输粉动力单元;气泵模块分别连接转换控制阀和脉冲控制阀,脉冲控制阀的另一端连接水泥储料模块;液泵模块连接高速搅拌器。与现有技术相比,本发明能够在成桩过程中的交替实施粉喷和浆喷作业,显著提高成桩质量;同时一机多用,应用范围广,实用价值高。
