The invention discloses a bucket-type base structure installation device, and relates to the field of bucket-type structure installation. The bucket-type base structure installation device comprises abucket-type base structure and a high-pressure water flushing system. A bucket cover plate is arranged at the upper end of the bucket-type base structure. Partition plates are arranged inside the bucket-type base structure. Drain holes are formed in the bucket cover plate, and drain pipes are installed in the corresponding drain holes. A plurality of first flushing holes are evenly distributed along the inside of the bucket wall of the bucket-type base structure. The first flushing holes penetrate to the other end face from one end face of the bucket-type base structure. The high-pressure water flushing system comprises a high-pressure water pump, a transverse pipe and vertical pipes. The vertical pipes are inserted into the corresponding first flushing holes. The transverse pipe is arranged over the bucket-type base structure. Upper end openings of the multiple vertical pipes all communicate with the transverse pipe, and the high-pressure water pump also communicates with the transverse pipe. A construction method of the bucket-type base structure installation device is further provided. According to the bucket-type base structure installation device disclosed in the invention, soil bodies at the bottoms of a bucket body and the partition plates can be flushed, the water flushing system can destroy the bearing capacity of the ground, the sinking resistance of the bucket-typebase structure is reduced and the bucket-type base structure can sink depending on the dead weight of the bucket-type base structure.
