The construction method comprises the following steps of: inserting and driving steel casings in a cofferdam construction area, excavating a riverbed in a cofferdam construction range, inserting and driving steel sheet piles to a first stage by virtue of the steel casings to complete the closure of the steel sheet pile cofferdam, continuously excavating the riverbed at the bottom ofthe cofferdam, inserting and driving the steel sheet piles again to a second stage, sequentially carrying out the steps until the steel sheet piles reach a designed elevation, arranging a pressure relief and water drainage structure at the bottom of the cofferdam, installing an inner support, sealing the bottom of the cofferdam, pumping water to form a dry environment, pouring reinforced concreteinto the cofferdam to form a bearing platform, and pulling out the steel sheet piles to complete the construction of the bearing platform. The cofferdam construction method is extremely simple, few inworking procedures and low in construction difficulty, the cofferdam construction can be completed on the thick pebble bed riverbed, the construction cost is greatly reduced, relatively good economicbenefits are obtained, and the cofferdam construction method has great popularization value.
本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,具体地指一种厚卵石层河床深水低桩承台钢板桩围堰施工方法。在围堰施工区域插打钢护筒,对围堰施工范围内的河床进行开挖,依托钢护筒插打钢板桩至第一阶段完成钢板桩围堰合拢,继续对围堰底部河床进行开挖,再次对钢板桩进行插打施工至第二阶段,依次进行,直至钢板桩达到设计标高,在围堰底部设置泄压泄水结构,安装内支撑,对围堰底部进行封底,抽水形成干环境后向围堰内浇筑钢筋混凝土形成承台,拔除钢板桩完成承台施工。本发明的围堰施工方法极为简单,工序少,施工难度低,能够在厚卵石层河床上完成围堰施工,且大大降低了施工成本,取得了较好的经济效益,具有极大的推广价值。
