The invention relates to a curtain wall unit applied to an energy-saving curtain wall, aiming to solve the problems that the indoor refrigeration pressure is increased and the energy consumption is increased due to the fact that heat on a solar cell sheet of an existing photovoltaic curtain wall is conducted to the interior. The curtain wall unit comprises a solar cell glass assembly; and the solar cell glass assembly comprises a glass sheet group and a solar cell sheet, the glass sheet group comprises a front glass sheet, a middle separation sheet and a rear glass sheet which are sequentiallyarranged from the outside to the inside along the thickness of the curtain wall, an installation cavity for accommodating the solar cell sheet is formed between the front glass sheet and the middle separation sheet, a buffer cavity is formed between the middle separation sheet and the rear glass sheet, and the buffer cavity is sealed and filled with inert gas; and a ventilation device attached tothe side or the upper and lower sides of the glass sheet group is arranged, the installation cavity communicates with an air duct of the ventilation device, and the ventilation device communicates with the outdoor atmosphere environment. According to the curtain wall unit applied to the energy-saving curtain wall, the heat conducted by the solar cell sheet to the interior can be reduced, therebyreducing the indoor refrigeration pressure and saving energy.
