The invention relates to a roof overhanging structure in the form of bucket arch. The roof overhanging structure comprises a plurality of layers of horizontal rectangular steel pipes arranged alternately from top to bottom, and the plane projection intersection positions of the multiple layer rectangular steel pipes are connected through a vertical hanging rod, the horizontal-arranged rectangularsteel pipes of each layer are gradually reduced in the overhanging depth direction, namely, the horizontal rectangular steel pipe of the highest layer has the highest hanging length, and each rectangular steel pipe arranged to the lower layer has the lower overhanging length. According to the roof overhanging structure, after the installation of multiple layer horizontal structure, the architectural appearance of the bucket arch can be formed by only needing the anti-corrosion and fire-proof coating treatment on the surface of the structures; and compared with the prior art, the roof overhanging structure has the advantages of being stable and firm in overall structure, low in cost, simple in structure and capable of integrating building and structure design and the like.
