The invention provides a stable opening and closing mechanism for a furniture hinge. The stable opening and closing mechanism comprises a connecting arm and a movable cup base which are hinged to eachother through a rocker arm assembly and are in opening and closing fit with each other, wherein a damper and a pushing piece are arranged on the connecting arm; the damper is arranged on the connecting arm in a positioned mode; a limiting piece is arranged on the pushing piece, and the pushing piece is in positioning driving connection with the rocker arm assembly through the limiting piece; andthe pushing piece is positioned to rotate or swing on the connecting arm through cooperation of the limiting piece and the rocker arm assembly, and acts and drives the damper to generate damping forceduring positioning rotation or swing, so that mutual damping opening and closing fit between the connecting arm and the movable cup base is achieved. Through the improvement of the structure, after the pushing piece is assembled, no displacement occurs on the connecting arm due to transportation or use of the furniture hinge, so that the problems of interference or jamming among the rocker arm assembly, a connecting rod, the pushing piece and the damper are avoided, normal opening and closing work of furniture hinge is guaranteed, and practicability is high.
