The invention discloses a ball-milling mixing tank for ceramic powder, and a use method thereof. The ball-milling mixing tank for the ceramic powder comprises a tank body and a sealing cover, whereinball-milling balls with many diameters are placed in the tank body; the tank body, the sealing cover and the ball-milling balls are made from a silicon nitride material; chamfers are formed at the sidewall and the bottom of the tank body; a plurality of arc-shaped pits are uniformly formed in the inner side of the bottom of the tank body; the arc-shaped pits are transited through rounded angles; astep is arranged at the bottom of an outer ring of the sealing cover, a step is also arranged at the top of the tank body, and a first contact surface and a second contact surface are formed; an empty cavity is formed between the first contact surface and the second contact surface; the first contact surface and the second contact surface are provided with a groove separately; and a sealing ringis filled into each groove. The use method comprises the steps of ball-milling mixing, ceramic mixing and the like. The ball-milling mixing tank for the ceramic powder, and the use method thereof areappliable to aluminum oxide ceramic powder and zirconium oxide ceramic powder, and capable of preventing insufficient grinding, increasing the grinding efficiency, and avoiding the leakage of the mixed powder.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷粉末球磨混料罐及其使用方法,陶瓷粉末球磨混料罐,包括罐体、封盖,所述罐体内放置有多种直径的球磨球,所述罐体、封盖、球磨球采用氮化硅材料,所述罐体的侧壁与底部设置有倒圆,所述罐体底部内侧均匀设置有多个弧形凹坑,所述弧形凹坑之间通过圆角过渡,所述封盖外圈底部设置有台阶,所述罐体顶部也设置有台阶,组成第一接触面、第二接触面,所述第一接触面和第二接触面之间设置有空腔,所述第一接触面、第二接触面分别设置有沟槽,沟槽内填充密封圈。其使用方法包括球磨混料、陶瓷混料等。本发明适用于氧化铝和氧化锆陶瓷粉末,可防止研磨不充分,提高研磨效率,同时避免混料粉末的泄露。
