Concrete pipe pile producing system
The invention relates to a concrete pipe pile producing system comprising a concrete stirring machine and material distributing trolleys. The concrete stirring machine communicates with the material distributing trolleys through material guiding plates. A plurality of groups of guide rails are laid on the ground. Centrifugal devices are arranged between the guide rails. Pipe pile molds are arranged on the centrifugal devices. Each pipe pile mold comprises a pipe pile upper mold and a pipe pile lower mold which is in fit with the pipe pile upper mold in installation, the pipe pile lower mold isprovided with two groups of guide sliding plates, and one side of the pipe pile upper mold is provided with limiting convex edges. One end of each group of guide rails is provided with a prestressedreinforcing steel bar stretching machine. A steam curing pool is arranged on one side of the guide rails, and a maintaining kettle is arranged on one side of the steam curing pool. According to the designed concrete pipe pile producing system, material distribution of the pipe piles, locating and installing of the pipe pile upper molds and the pipe pile lower molds, prestressed stretching and pipepile centrifuging are conducted on the same station, and repeated hoisting of the pipe pile molds is avoided; and meanwhile, in the material distributing process, the pipe pile upper mold and the pipe pile lower mold can be installed, the machining efficiency is improved, and the practicability of the concrete pipe pile producing system is improved.
本发明涉及一种混凝土管桩生产系统，其包括混凝土搅拌机和料车，混凝土搅拌机通过导料板与布料车连通，地面上铺设有组导轨，导轨间均设置有离心装置，离心装置上放置有管桩模，管桩模包括管桩上模和与管桩上模配合安装的管桩下模，管桩下模的上设有两组导滑板，管桩上模一侧设有限位凸棱，每一组导轨一端均设有预应力钢筋拉伸机，若干导轨一侧设置有蒸养池，蒸养池一侧设置有养护釜；设计的混凝土管桩生产系统，将管桩的布料、管桩上模与管桩下模的定位安装、预应力拉伸以及管桩离心，在同一工位进行加工，避免了管桩模的多次吊装，同时，可在布料过程中对管桩上模与管桩下模进行安装，提高加工效率，增强混凝土管桩生产系统的实用性。
