Rectangular steel formwork for overall precast reinforced concrete floor slab and constructing method of formwork
The invention discloses a rectangular steel formwork for an overall precast reinforced concrete floor slab. The rectangular steel formwork comprises an upper square steel formwork body and a lower square steel formwork body detachably connected with the upper square steel formwork body. The upper square steel formwork body and the lower square steel formwork body are each provided with connectingholes. Connecting bolts arranged in the connecting holes. The ends of the connecting bolts are in threaded connection with fastening nuts. The invention further provides a constructing method of the rectangular steel formwork for the overall precast reinforced concrete floor slab. The rectangular steel formwork is reasonable in design; and when applied to assembly type construction, the rectangular steel formwork solves the problem that surface ribs on slab surfaces sink after being stepped by workers during concrete cast-in-place construction, a large number of negative bending area crack phenomena are generated and bottom ribs are exposed. Meanwhile, the problems that during assembly type construction, a large number of construction cold joints are generated during construction of superimposed slabs, combination portions are prone to cracking and water seepage, and overall performance of the slabs are not good enough are also solved.
本发明公开了一种整体预制钢筋砼楼板的长方形钢模架,包括上部方形钢模架以及与所述上部方形钢模架可拆卸连接的下部方形钢模架,所述上部方形钢模架与所述下部方形钢模架上均设置有连接孔,所述连接孔上设置有连接螺栓,所述连接螺栓端部螺纹连接有紧固螺母,本发明还提供了一种整体预制钢筋砼楼板的长方形钢模架构筑方法,本发明设计合理,本发明应用于装配式施工,解决了板面面筋由于现浇砼施工时作业人员踩踏造成下沉而产生大量的负弯区开裂现象,确保底筋不出现露筋的问题。同时也解决了在装配式施工中采用叠合板施工产生大量的施工冷缝而造成结合部位易开裂、渗水,板的整体性能不足的问题。
