The invention discloses a crawling ladder in a tetrachloromethane-containing mine water treatment device. A sliding rod comprises a steel pipe, a radiator, a blowing nozzle, a honeycomb net, a coolingring, a gas collecting hood, an air outlet, scattering openings, an air inlet, and a movable frame. The movable frame slides on the surface of the steel pipe; the air inlet is formed in one end of the steel pipe, the radiator and the blowing nozzle are sequentially arranged at the left end of the air inlet, and the radiator conducts primary cooling on inlet air and blows the air into the steel pipe through the blowing nozzle. Multiple scattering openings are formed in the periphery of the air outlet in a communicated mode, and therefore air can be exhausted rapidly.
