The solid waste unfired ceramsite provided by the invention is prepared from the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass: 50 to 55 percent of steel slag powder, 10 to 15 percent ofore slag powder, 5 to 10 percent of cement, 1 to 5 percent of an excitant, 3 to 5 percent of a density regulator and 20 to 30 percent of water. The stacking density of the solid waste unfired ceramsite provided by the invention is 600-700kg/m<3>, the cylinder compressive strength is 8-12MPa, and the water absorption rate is 6-8%. The baking-free ceramsite foam concrete prepared from the solid waste baking-free ceramsite has relatively low density and a heat conductivity coefficient, and also has excellent compression resistance and stability.
