The component A is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5 to 15 percent of a water-soluble unsaturated compound, 1 to 10 percent of an accelerant, 1 to 10 percent of a polymer emulsion, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of a defoaming agent and the balance of wate, and the component B comprises the following raw materials in percentageby weight: 1-8% of a cross-linking agent, 0.5-5% of an initiator and the balance of an inorganic filler.
