Preparation method of mesoporous MSQ aerogel/glass fiber composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a mesoporous MSQ aerogel/glass fiber composite material. The method comprises the following steps: proportionally mixing and stirring hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, hydrochloric acid, methanol and methyltrimethoxysilane, adding a gel accelerator, stirring, and pouring into a fixed container to obtain sol; pouring an infrared opacifying agentinto the sol in proportion to obtain composite sol; dipping a glass fiber felt in the composite sol; curing the gel/glass fiber composite material; and drying the gel/glass fiber composite material. The mesoporous MSQ aerogel and the glass fiber mat are compounded, so that the mechanical properties of the mesoporous MSQ aerogel can be improved; and the mesoporous MSQ aerogel is modified by adopting infrared opacifying agent such as titanium sol or nanometer titanium dioxide and the like, so that the heat insulation performance of the glass fiber felt at high temperature can be improved.
本发明公开了一种介孔MSQ气凝胶/玻璃纤维复合材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、盐酸、甲醇、甲基三甲氧基硅烷按照比例混合搅拌,随后加入凝胶促进剂,搅拌后倒在固定容器中,得到溶胶;将红外遮光剂按照比例倒入上述溶胶中,得到复合溶胶;玻璃纤维毡的浸渍复合溶胶;凝胶/玻璃纤维复合材料的固化;凝胶/玻璃纤维复合材料的干燥:将凝胶/玻璃纤维复合材料进行干燥。本发明使用介孔MSQ气凝胶与玻璃纤维毡进行复合,能够提高介孔MSQ气凝胶的力学性能;采用钛溶胶或纳米二氧化钛等红外遮光剂对介孔MSQ气凝胶进行改性,能够提高玻璃纤维毡在高温下的隔热性能。
