Preparation method and application of zirconium dioxide porous ceramic material
The invention provides a preparation method and application of a zirconium dioxide porous ceramic material. The technological process comprises the steps of 8YSZ ceramic slurry suspension preparation,alcohol-based gel injection molding, freeze drying, degreasing and high-temperature heat treatment. Due to small surface tension of tert-butyl alcohol, isopropanol and the like, shrinkage of a samplein the drying process can be inhibited by combining an alcohol-based gel casting technology and a freeze drying technology, so that the high-porosity porous ceramic is prepared. The density of the prepared ZrO2 porous ceramic is 0.67-1.02 g/cm<3>, the porosity is 83-89%, the compressive strength is 3-6 MPa, and the room-temperature thermal conductivity is 0.04-0.1 W/(m.K).
本发明提供了一种二氧化锆多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法和应用。其工艺流程包括制备8YSZ陶瓷浆料悬浮体‑醇基凝胶注模成型‑冷冻干燥、脱脂及高温热处理。由于叔丁醇、异丙醇等表面张力小,采用醇基凝胶注模和冷冻干燥技术相结合,可以抑制干燥过程中样品的收缩从而制备高孔隙率多孔陶瓷。所制备的ZrO多孔陶瓷的密度为0.67‑1.02g/cm,气孔率为83‑89%,抗压强度为3‑6MPa,室温热导率为0.04‑0.1W/(m·K)。
