Nitrogen-containing polycarboxyl acrylate copolymer water reducing agent, and preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the field of fine chemical engineering in the ceramic industry chain, and discloses a nitrogen-containing polycarboxyl acrylate copolymer water reducing agent, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 10-45 parts by mass of a monomer as shown in a formula (1) or a monomer solution (in terms of non-volatile matters) with 90-55 parts by mass of (methyl)acrylate, 0-10 parts by mass of (methyl)acrylic acid, a reducing agent and water, carrying out stirring and dropwise addition of a chain initiator solution at 40-50 DEG C after dissolving, and stopping dropwise addition after 1/2-2/3 of the chain initiator solution is dropwise added; conducting reacting at 50-70 DEG C for 0.5-1 hour, dropwise addingthe remaining chain initiator solution, carrying out reacting at 50-70 DEG C for 4-2 hours, adding a chain transfer agent solution, and performing cooling to obtain the nitrogen-containing polycarboxyl acrylate copolymer water reducing agent. The polymer water reducing agent is used for ceramic slurry containing a certain proportion of ceramic wastewater, and has the advantages of good fluidity, good peptizing effect, small thixotropy and the like.
本发明属于陶瓷产业链精细化工领域,公开了一种含氮多羧基丙烯酸酯盐型共聚物减水剂及其制备方法和应用,制备方法如下:以10~45质量份的式(1)所示单体或该单体溶液(以不挥发份计),与90~55质量份的(甲基)丙烯酸盐、0~10质量份的(甲基)丙烯酸和还原剂及水混合,溶解后在搅拌和40~50℃下滴加链引发剂溶液,滴完1/2至2/3后,停止滴加;在50~70℃反应0.5~1小时后,再滴加剩下的链引发剂溶液,滴完后再在50~70℃反应4~2小时,加入链转移剂溶液,冷却后得到含氮多羧基丙烯酸酯盐型共聚物减水剂。该聚合物减水剂用于含一定比例陶瓷废水的陶瓷泥浆,具有流动性好、解胶效果好、触变小等优点。
