The invention provides a sagging-resistant vertical-surface construction type single-component polyurethane waterproof coating. The invention aims to solve the technical defect of the situation that acoating is often used for brushing a vertical surface occurs in the construction process of a waterproof coating. According to the invention, on the basis of a traditional polyurethane coating, a diamine chain extender and an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer react in a mixed solvent composed of polar solvents to generate a proper amount of a polyurea structure; a polymerization inhibitor does not need to be added; the reaction rate is controllable; and the thixotropic effect required by the coating is generated through the multiple hydrogen bond interaction between urea groups. The invention further provides a one-pot preparation method. The one-pot preparation method is simple and convenient in production and high in efficiency. The single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is thick but not sticky; the viscosity of the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating is greatly reduced under the action of external stirring; blade coating construction is facilitated; the blade coating hand feeling is good; the one-time blade coating thickness of a vertical surface is 1.0 mm-2. 0 mm; flowing is avoided; a coating film has no bubble residues; the construction time is greatly saved; meanwhile, the construction quality is guaranteed.
在防水涂料施工过程中经常会遇到涂料用于立面刷涂的情况,本发明为了解决该技术缺陷,提供了一种抗流坠立面施工型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,在传统聚氨酯涂料基础上,利用二元胺类扩链剂与异氰酸酯基封端的聚氨酯预聚体在由极性溶剂组成的混合溶剂里反应产生适量的聚脲结构,无需外加阻聚剂,反应速率可控,通过脲基团之间的多重氢键作用,产生涂料所需的触变效果。本发明还提供了“一锅法”制备方法,生产简便、效率高。所述单组分聚氨酯防水涂料稠而不粘,在外加搅拌作用时,粘稠度大幅降低,利于刮涂施工,刮涂手感好,立面一次刮涂厚度1.0mm~2.0mm,不流淌且涂膜无气泡残留,大大节约了施工时间,同时保证了施工质量。
