The invention relates to a multifunctional construction vehicle for subway rails. The multifunctional construction vehicle comprises two parallel walking rails located on the two sides of a tunnel, power trolleys are respectively arranged on the two walking rails in a sliding manner, supporting columns are fixedly arranged on the top wall of each power trolley, a connecting rod is rotationally arranged on the upper portion of each supporting column, each connecting rod is provided with a connecting piece used for being connected with another connecting rod, a lifting hoist is fixedly arrangedon each connecting rod, a first plunger cylinder is arranged on the bottom wall of one power trolley, a mounting block is arranged on the bottom wall of the other power trolley, and a piston rod of the first plunger cylinder can be inserted into the mounting block. Two connecting rods are connected above each power trolley, and the below first plunger cylinders are inserted to the mounting blocksin a fit manner, so the two power trolleys can be connected into a whole at the upper portions or the lower portions of the two power trolleys correspondingly and move; and a track panel is put in when an upper gap is opened, and the track panel is put down and installed again when a lower gap is opened, so the track installing and laying efficiency is improved.
