The invention provides a dismounting method for a spiral steel pipe pile combined support. The dismounting method comprises the following steps: A, dismounting a full disk buckle frame; B, fixing a plurality of winches to a box girder, fixing the free ends of pull ropes of the winches to a lower I-shaped steel beam, pulling a lower I-shaped steel beam through the winches, and using the lower I-shaped steel beam to support a bailey beam; C, dismounting a deformed steel bar tubular beam and a spiral steel pipe pile; D, controlling the winches to operate synchronously, unreeling the pull ropes, enabling the lower I-shaped steel beam and the bailey beam to move downwards along with the pull ropes till the lower I-shaped steel beam reaches the ground; and E, dismounting the pull ropes from thelower I-shaped steel beam to complete dismounting of the spiral steel pipe pile combined support. The dismounting speed is high, manual high-altitude dismounting of the bailey beam is avoided, the safety is improved, the integrity of the bailey beam is guaranteed, the bailey beam can be directly used during next construction, and the construction efficiency is improved. Besides, compared with other dismantling equipment, the winches are small in size, suitable for various terrains and wide in application.
本发明提供了一种螺旋钢管桩组合支架拆除方法,包括以下步骤:A、拆除满堂盘扣架;B、将多台卷扬机固定在箱梁上,并将卷扬机的拉绳的自由端固定在下工字钢梁上,利用卷扬机将下工字钢梁拉住,下工字钢梁支撑住贝雷梁;C、拆除螺纹钢管梁和螺旋钢管桩;D、控制卷扬机同步运行,对拉绳进行放卷,下工字钢梁和贝雷梁随着拉绳向下移动,直到下工字钢梁到达地面;E、将拉绳从下工字钢梁上拆下,完成螺旋钢管桩组合支架的拆除。本发明拆除速度快,避免了人工高空拆分贝雷梁,提高安全性,保证了贝雷梁的整体性,下次施工时可直接使用,有利于提高施工效率。此外,卷扬机与其他拆除设备相比,体积小,适用于各种地形,应用广泛。
