The roadblock comprises a ball body, the bottom ofthe ball body is fixedly connected with the top of a base, a storage battery, a charger and a controller are sequentially and fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner wall of the ball body from left to right, an overhaul window is formed in one side of the ball body, one side of the ball body is hinged to one side of a cover door, the other side of the cover door is fixedly connected with oneside of a lock catch, and a lock hole is formed in one side of the ball body and located in front of the overhaul window. The ball body is fixedly connected to the top of the base, so the roadblock stability is enhanced, and the effect of improving the stability is reached; a solar cell panel fixedly connected to the top of a supporting column and an optical sensor fixedly connected to one side of the solar cell panel are matched with the storage battery, the charger, the controller, a warning lamp and a fluorescent lamp, and solar energy can be converted into electric energy which is storedin the storage battery, so energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, and use is convenient.
