The invention discloses a silty soil river channel protection slope and a construction method. The silty soil river channel protection slope comprises a gravel reverse filtering belt protection layer,a clay sand-in-soil protection slope, an interlocked prefabricated block protection slope, a grass seed sowing protection slope and a drainage ditch protection layer which are sequentially arranged from the bottom of a river slope to the top of the river slope. The gravel reverse filtering belt protection layer is used for reversely filtering silty soil and preventing the silty soil from collapsing. The clay sand-in-soil protection slope is used for pressing and covering the silty soil. The interlocked prefabricated block protection slope is used for protecting soil bodies, stopping sand anddraining water. Grass seeds are sown on the grass seed sowing protection slope and used for protecting the soil bodies and preventing water and soil loss. The drainage ditch protection layer is arranged at a river mouth and used for intercepting water and preventing rainwater from scouring the river channel protection slope. According to the silty soil river channel protection slope and the construction method, the stability of soil layers and side slopes is achieved by using the silty soil treatment technology or by adding some protection measures to the protection slope.
