Unreinforced ultra-high performance concrete prefabricated pipe pile and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an unreinforced ultra-high performance concrete prefabricated pipe pile and a construction method thereof. The pipe pile is of a thin-wall prefabricated tubular structure, andthe pipe pile is made of ultra-high performance concrete. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps that 1, the ultra-high performance concrete meeting the requirements is mixed; 2, the pipe pile is manufactured through a centrifugal method; and 3, the pipe pile is conveyed for construction, a resonance-free hydraulic device is arranged at the upper end of the pipe pile, and pile sinking is carried out in a high-frequency resonance-free hydraulic mode. According to the unreinforced ultra-high performance concrete prefabricated pipe pile and the construction method thereof,light weight of a component is achieved, prefabrication assembly construction is facilitated, and therefore, the ultra-high performance concrete can be constructed by adopting a high-frequency resonance-free hydraulic technology; reinforcing bars in the pipe pile wall can be completely cancelled by utilizing the high tensile strength of the ultra-high performance concrete, so that the constructiondifficulty of the centrifugal method is reduced; and by utilizing the high durability of the ultra-high performance concrete, the corrosion resistance of the pipe pile can be greatly improved, and the pipe pile can be used in severe environments.
本发明公开了无筋超高性能混凝土预制管桩及施工方法,所述管桩为薄壁预制管状结构,所述管桩采用超高性能混凝土制成。具体步骤如下:步骤一、拌制符合要求的所述超高性能混凝土;步骤二、采用离心法进行所述管桩的制作;步骤三、运至施工,在所述管桩的上端设置免共振液压装置,采用高频免共振液压方式进行沉桩。本发明实现了构件的轻型化,便于预制装配施工,也使其可采用高频免共振液压技术进行施工;利用其抗拉强度高,可完全取消管桩壁中的配筋,从而降低离心法施工的难度;利用其耐久性高,可大幅提高管桩的耐腐蚀性,可用于恶劣环境中。
