The two sides of the holes expand to the two sides of thewall thickness of the retaining wall body, and vertical main ribs, corresponding to the retaining wall body, of the holes are inserted into the holes, and fine aggregate concrete is cast in the holesin place to connect and fix the root part of the retaining wall body and the bottom plate. According to the prefabricated concrete retaining wall, new ideas for the design and construction of the prefabricated retaining wall are explored, through the separate prefabrication of the retaining wall body and the bottom plate and on-site assembly, the maximum retaining height of the retaining wall canbe increased to about 5m, and the scope of application of the fabricated retaining wall is increased; and meanwhile, a plurality of rows of cavities are formed in the retaining wall body and the bottom plate separately, and the amount of concrete is saved.
本发明属于建筑施工技术领域的一种装配式预制混凝土挡土墙,技术方案为挡土墙墙身和底板分别为预制构件,底板上开设有一排孔洞,挡土墙墙身设置在孔洞上,孔洞的两边扩出挡土墙墙身墙厚的两侧,孔洞上对应的挡土墙墙身的竖向主筋插入孔洞内,孔洞内采用细石混凝土现场浇筑,连接固定挡土墙墙身的根部与底板。本装配式预制混凝土挡土墙探索了预制装配式挡土墙设计施工的新思路,通过挡土墙墙身和底板分开预制、现场组装,挡土墙的最大挡土高度可提高到5m左右,增加了装配式挡土墙的适用范围。同时,分别在挡土墙墙身和底板内设置多排空腔,节省了混凝土的用量。
