The invention provides a steel structure fabricated building construction method, and relates to the field of fabricated buildings. The fabricated building construction method comprises the followingsteps that S1, steel is prepared, a surface size structure of the steel and whether deformation, oil paint, grease and other dirt adherency exist or not are checked, the steel is necessarily cleaned aiming at the surface conditions of the steel, thus the steel structure surface remains clean, and the PH value is 10 or below; and S2, an acid tank is prepared in the to-work place position, the sizeof the acid tank is determined according to the average size of the steel, the large steel is subjected to necessary preparation operation such as punching and bolt hanging before tank lowering, according to the material and the cleaning difficult degree of the steel, appropriate acid liquid is reasonably selected to be inverted in the acid tank, it is guaranteed that the acidity in the acid tankis smaller than or equal to 20%, and steel lowering operation is started to be prepared. The steel structure is gradually subjected to purification operation such as cleaning and acidification, thus the overall anti-bending capacity of the steel structure is improved, and the service life of the steel structure buildings is prolonged.
本发明提供钢结构装配式建筑施工方法,涉及装配式建筑领域。该装配式建筑施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1.准备好钢材,检查钢材表面尺寸结构、有无变形,有无油漆、油脂及其它污垢粘附,针对钢材的表面情况对钢材进行必要的清洗作业,使钢结构表面保持整洁,使其PH值在10以下;S2.在待工作地点位置准备酸槽,根据钢材的平均大小确定酸槽的大小,并将较大型钢材进行必要的打孔、栓挂等下槽前的准备作业,根据钢材的材质、难易洗程度合理选择合适的酸液倒置在酸槽内部,并保证酸槽内部的酸度≤20%,并开始准备下放钢材作业。通过将钢结构逐步通过清洗、酸化等净化作业,实现钢结构整体的抗弯折能力增加,增加钢结构建筑的使用寿命。
