The invention discloses a steel structure slab house capable of being quickly disassembled and assembled. The steel structure slab house comprises supporting high columns and supporting low columns, wherein the number of the supporting high columns and the number of the supporting low columns are respectively two, and the supporting high columns and the supporting low columns jointly form a quadrangular supporting structure. A transverse supporting beam is clamped and fixedly connected between the two supporting high columns, a lateral supporting beam is clamped and fixedly connected between each supporting high column and the corresponding supporting low column on the same side, and the transverse supporting beam and the lateral supporting beams are of hollow structures. Through the design of the transverse supporting beam, the lateral supporting beams, a lengthened beam and a clamping structure at the end part, the functions that assembling is convenient, the screwing process of boltfasteners is reduced, the integral volume of the slab house can be changed by changing the length of the lengthened beam, and the disassembly and assembly speed is improved are achieved; because allthe stainless steel assemblies are of hollow structures, steel is saved, and material waste is avoided; and due to the matched arrangement of an air guide plate, a balance plate and a heavy pressure plate, a slab house main body can be reinforced by utilizing wind energy in a strong wind weather, so that the safety of the slab house is further improved.
