The invention relates to the field of acoustic absorption and noise reduction, and provides an acoustic panel and a preparation method thereof, so that a performance of the acoustic panel is improved.The preparation method of the acoustic panel provided by the invention comprises the steps of S10, fixing a plane material on one face of a base material; S20, fixing a plane material on the other face of the base material; and S30, fixing an acoustic felt on one plane material, wherein the plane material comprises one or two of melamine, a fireproof plate and a solid wood veneer; the melamine isfixed onto the base material by adopting a warming and pressurizing manner; and the fireproof plate is fixed onto the base material through a cold pressing manner. An anti-deformation performance ofthe acoustic panel is effectively improved.
