Underground concrete rigid structure
The invention discloses an underground concrete rigid structure. The structure comprises embedded parts, wherein a lower rigid column is fixed at the top of each embedded part; each embedded part comprises anchor bolts, and a convex block is fixed at the bottom of each anchor bolt; the anchor bolts are connected with a lower limiting plate and upper limiting plates in a sliding manner, and the upper limiting plates are positioned above the lower limiting plate and are clamped and fixed through two adjusting nuts which are in threaded connection with the anchor bolts; each lower rigid column comprises a base plate, H-shaped steel members are fixed on each base plate, two lifting lugs are fixed at the tops of the H-shaped steel members at the top, and a connecting plate is fixed at the middle of the H-shaped steel members; each connecting plate and a web plate of the H-shaped steel member are in the same plane; a plurality of rib penetrating holes are formed in each web plate and the corresponding connecting plate; and fixing holes matched with the anchor bolts are formed in each base plate. According to the underground concrete rigid structure, the I-shaped rigid columns are used asthe main support, the installation precision is controlled by adjusting the height of the embedded parts, and reinforcing bars penetrate through the rib penetrating holes to be mutually connected toform a whole, so that the integral strength and stability of a building are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种地下混凝土劲性结构,包括预埋件,预埋件顶部固定有下部劲性柱;所述预埋件包括锚拴,锚拴底部固定有凸块;锚拴滑动连接有下部限位板和上部限位板,上部限位板处于下部限位板上方,且通过锚拴上螺纹连接的两个调节螺母夹紧固定;所述下部劲性柱包括垫板,垫板上固定有H型钢构件,H型钢构件顶部两个固定有吊耳,中部固定有连接板;连接板与H型钢构件的腹板处于同一平面;腹板和连接板均成形有若干穿筋孔;垫板上成形有与锚拴配合的固定孔。本发明通过工字形的劲性柱作为主支撑并且通过预埋件调高控制安装精度,通过穿过穿筋孔的钢筋相互连接形成一个整体,大大提高了建筑的整体强度和稳定性。
