The invention provides a rebar positioning device. The rebar positioning device includes a rebar guiding device and a rebar bottom fixing device, wherein, the rebar guiding device includes a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate; a first semicircular hole is formed in the first clamping plate, a second semicircular hole is formed in the second clamping plate, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are detachably connected by a fixing structure, and an opening of the first semicircular hole and an opening of the second semicircular hole are in butt joint to form a whole circular hole of a rebar, and the circular hole of the rebar is used for clamping the upper portion of the rebar; the rebar bottom fixing device includes a supporting plate, a rebar bottom fixing structure is placed on the supporting plate, and the rebar bottom fixing structure corresponds to the circular hole position of the rebar; and the rebar guiding device is connected with the rebar bottom fixing device by a pole body. The rebar positioning device can solve the technical problem that the rebar moves in the welding and installing process of the rebar in the prior art, and thus the construction is unqualified.
