A ring groove is formed in the top end of the main ring; more than two sliding blocks are movably arranged in the ring groove; the ring groove is used for limiting the directional moving of the sliding blocks; limiting blocks are fixed to the top ends of the sliding blocks; rectangular through holes are formed in the side walls of the limiting blocks; straight plates are movably arranged on the rectangular through holes; the limiting blocks are used for limiting the horizontal movement of the straight plates; scales are arranged at the top ends of the straight plates; threaded holes are formed inthe top ends of the limiting blocks; limiting bolts are arranged in the threaded holes and are used for pressing against the straight plates; and installation plates are fixed to one ends, facing an outer ring of the main ring, of the straight plates.
