The invention discloses a tile connecting device and a tile mounting mechanism with the same. The tile connecting device comprises a connecting portion and a limiting portion detachably connected withthe connecting portion. The connecting portion is provided with a connecting structure, and the connecting structure is detachably connected with tiles. Limiting structures are arranged at the two opposite ends of the limiting portion correspondingly. One tile connecting structure is mounted on each tile, each tile device can limit every two adjacent tiles of the tiles connected with the tile device, it is only needed to mount the tiles on the periphery on a mounting frame, the other tiles can be fixed through the two limiting portions adjacent to the tiles, and the mounting cost is reduced.As the limiting portion and the connecting portion cooperate detachably, a single tile can be conveniently detached, and the tiles can be replaced in the following process advantageously.
