The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a waterproof strengthening process of an SBS waterproof roll at the root of an out-of-roof pipeline.The process comprises the following steps of a, shape specification statistics; b, waterproof roll cutting according to the shape of the pipeline; c, central cross notch cutting in a waterproof roll I; d, pipeline sleeving with the waterproof roll I and pasting; e, square sawtooth waterproof roll re-cutting; f, wrapping and pasting of a waterproof roll II; g, secondary sealing; and h, hooping andfixing. The process can use local materials, investment of additional materials is not increased, the cost is low, manufacturing is simple, the operation is convenient, multiple-layer waterproof sealing is adopted for weak links at the root of the pipeline, drainage is smooth after the process is completed, leakage caused by water accumulation at the root is avoided, and the process can be suitable for waterproof strengthening construction operation at the root of the out-of-roof pipeline when the waterproof roll is used for various small, medium and super high-rise roofs.
