The invention discloses a design method of a steel slag pervious concrete mix proportion based on quantification of cement paste covering the surface of steel slag. The method is characterized in thatthe steel slag is used as coarse aggregate, the material cost is saved, a design drawing is provided as a mix proportion design guide, the simplicity and the practicability are improved, the void ratio is determined, and the influence of the compaction strength on the concrete performance is also considered. According to the novel steel slag pervious concrete mix proportion design method, the quantity of the steel slag and the cement paste is determined to be enough, then the w/c ratio of the cement paste is obtained through a unique drainage test, excessive flowing of the cement paste causedby compaction or vibration is prevented, the performance stability of the concrete is guaranteed, and the reasonable steel slag pervious concrete mix proportion is achieved through the method.
本发明公开了一种基于覆盖在钢渣表面的水泥浆体量化的钢渣透水混凝土配合比的设计方法。其特点在于使用钢渣作为粗骨料,节省材料成本,提供设计图作为配合比设计指南而增加了其简单性和实用性且确定了空隙率,还考虑了压实强度对混凝土性能的影响。本发明的新型钢渣透水混凝土配合比设计方法,确定足够的钢渣和水泥浆体数量,而后独特的排水试验得到水泥浆体的w/c比值,防止水泥浆体因压实或者振动引起过于的流动,保证混凝土的性能稳定,通过此方法达到合理的钢渣透水混凝土配合比。
