The chemical composition of the low-temperature co-fired ceramic material is (x)ABZSL glass-(1-x)Zn2SiO4, wherein x is greater than or equal to 5.0 wt% and less than or equal to 60.0 wt%, the content of the components of the ABZSL glass is 10.0 mol% to 30.0 mol% of Al2O3, 30.0 mol% to 45.0 mol% of B2O3, 25.0 mol% to 35.0 mol% of ZnO, 5.0 mol% to 15.0 mol% of SiO2, and 2.0 mol% to 10.0 mol% of La2O3; wherein the total amount of the molar percentages of the components in the ABZSL glass is 100mol%.
