The invention discloses a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer capable of efficiently retaining slump in a high-temperature environment and a preparation method of the polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer. The polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is prepared by free radical polymerization of four monomers A, B, C and D in an aqueous solution, wherein the monomer A is an ether macromonomer, the monomer B is an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, and the monomers C and D are temperature-sensitive monomers; the structure of the monomer C contains an amido bond and a lower alkyl group at the sametime, and the structure of the monomer D contains amphiphilic groups of a hydrophilic amino group and a hydrophobic alkyl group at the same time. The superplasticizer disclosed by the invention has good long-term slump loss resistance, and the fluidity change of the whole process is more stable and controllable; the slump retaining agent has the capacity of dynamically adjusting the release speedand the adsorption speed along with the temperature, and the slump retaining performance in a high-temperature environment and a normal-temperature environment is basically consistent. The whole preparation process is safe, reliable, simple in steps, free of organic solvents, non-toxic, pollution-free and environment-friendly.
本发明公开了一种高温环境下高效保坍的聚羧酸超塑化剂及其制备方法。本发明所述聚羧酸超塑化剂由A、B、C、D四种单体在水溶液通过自由基聚合制得;其中单体A为醚类大单体,单体B为不饱和羧酸单体,单体C和D为温度敏感性单体;所述单体C的结构中同时含有酰胺键及低级的烷基,所述单体D的结构中同时具有亲水性的胺基和疏水性的烷基的两亲性基团。本发明所述超塑化剂具有较好的长期保坍能力,整个过程流动性变化也更加平稳可控;具有随着温度动态调整释放速度和吸附速度的能力,在高温环境和常温环境下的保坍性能基本一致;整个制备过程中安全可靠,步骤简单,不使用有机溶剂,无毒无污染,环境友好。
