The invention provides phosphorylated polyether, a preparation method thereof and application of the phosphorylated polyether in preparation of a high-adaptability phosphonic acid-based water reducingagent; the phosphate polyether is obtained by performing phosphoric acid esterification on hydroxyl-containing polyether. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out a ring-opening reaction on epoxy chloropropane by using phosphate polyether to obtain chlorinated polyether, aminating the chlorinated polyether with polyethylene polyamine, and carrying out a phosphorylation reaction with aldehydes and phosphorous acid to finally obtain the high-adaptability phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent. The structural performance stability of the water reducing agent is realized. Because the phosphate group is insensitive to cement and mineral admixture components, the adsorption capacity to clay is relatively weak, and the retarding effect is very good; the phosphonic acid-based water reducing agent has very good adaptability to cement and admixtures and anti-clay performance.
本发明提供一种磷酸酯化聚醚及其制备方法和其用于制备高适应性膦酸基减水剂的应用。所述磷酸酯聚醚是将含有羟基的聚醚进行磷酸酯化得到磷酸酯聚醚。用磷酸酯聚醚对环氧氯丙烷开环反应得到氯代聚醚,再与多乙烯多胺进行胺化,与醛类、亚磷酸进行亚磷酸化反应,最终得到所述高适应性膦酸基减水剂。减水剂结构性能稳定。由于磷酸基对水泥和矿物掺合料成分不敏感,对黏土的吸附能力较弱,并且具有很好的缓凝效果,因此膦酸基减水剂具有很好的对水泥和掺合料的适应性和抗黏土性能。
