The invention relates to a formaldehyde-free rock wool binder, which is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by mass: 5-15 parts of formaldehyde-free resin, 80-95 parts of water, 0.5-2parts of a coupling agent, 0.2-1 part of a water repellent and 0.5-2 parts of dustproof oil. The formaldehyde-free resin is formed by mixing acrylic resin and bio-based resin according to the weightratio of (50-70): (30-50) for 20-30 minutes. After the formaldehyde-free binder disclosed by the invention is prepared into rock wool, the problem that a rock wool product contains formaldehyde is solved, and the problems that pure acrylic resin is difficult to cure alone and the rock wool product produced by pure bio-based resin is easy to absorb moisture are also solved.
本发明涉及一种无甲醛岩棉的粘结剂,由以下组分按照以下质量份制备混合制备而成:无甲醛树脂5~15份、水80~95份、偶联剂0.5~2份、憎水剂0.2~1份、防尘油0.5~2份;其中,所述的无甲醛树脂为丙烯酸基树脂和生物基树按照重量比为50~70:30~50混合20~30分钟而成。本发明的无甲醛粘结剂在制成岩棉后,不仅解决了岩棉制品中含有甲醛的问题,还解决了单独用纯丙烯酸基树脂固化难和纯生物基树脂所生产的岩棉制品易吸潮问题。
