The invention discloses a fixed connecting piece for a building curtain wall. The connecting piece comprises angle steel and a limiting backing plate, wherein the angle steel is formed by mutually connecting two long strip-shaped steel materials, one or more through kidney-shaped slots is formed in the angle steel, inner saw teeth are formed in the inner top of each kidney-shaped slot, the limiting backing plate extends outwards to form a limiting plate, and outer saw teeth are formed in the limiting plate; and the limiting backing plate is arranged at one side of the angle steel, the outer saw teeth mesh with the inner saw teeth, and a fixing hole is formed in the limiting backing plate. The connecting piece is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture; in the installation processof the curtain wall, the effect of limiting the horizontal displacement can be realized only by installing the limiting backing plate after the position adjustment of an upright post of the curtain wall is completed; and the installation method is simpleconvenient and rapid, and a large amount of on-site welding work is avoided.
