The composite wallboard comprises an outer wall layer, a heat preservation and sound insulation layer and an inner wall layer, and the heat preservationand sound insulation layer is clamped between the outer wall layer and the inner wall layer; the outer wall layer comprises a first corrugated steel plate, a second corrugated steel plate and a fireproof base material, the fireproof base material is clamped between the first corrugated steel plate and the second corrugated steel plate, and the first corrugated steel plate and the second corrugatedsteel plate are connected in a pulled mode through U-shaped pulling connection steel bars; the second corrugated steel plate is connected with the inner wall layer through a fixed connecting piece, the heat preservation and sound insulation layer comprises a heat preservation layer, a sound insulation plate and sound absorption cotton which are sequentially bonded, the heat preservation layer isarranged on the side close to the second corrugated steel plate, and the sound absorption cotton is arranged on the side close to the inner wall layer; and the sound insulation layer comprises the sound insulation plate and the sound absorption cotton, a plurality of sound absorption holes are evenly formed in the sound insulation plate, the interior of the sound insulation plate is of a hollow structure, a vacuum bag is arranged in the hollow structure, and the inner wall layer is a lightweight concrete layer. The composite wallboard disclosed by the invention is high in compressive strengthand flexural strength and excellent in shock resistance, fire resistance, heat preservation and sound insulation performance.
