The invention relates to a movable supporting device for wall construction. The movable supporting device comprises a fixed rod and a movable rod, wherein the fixed rod is transversely arranged; a positioning hole is formed in the fixed rod; and the positioning hole penetrates through upper and lower sides of the fixed rod. The movable supporting device has the beneficial effects that: the fixed rod and the movable rod of a slide supporting structure are connected through a lifting hook, and a wiring end head in the movable rod is arranged in a mounting hole in the bottom side of the movable rod; and while the movable rod does not collide with the wiring end head while the lifting hook moves upwards, a movable part can be guaranteed to smoothly operate.
