Underground structure vertical temporary support system and using method
The invention provides an underground structure vertical temporary support system and a using method. The temporary support system involves a circular steel pipe support, an axial force servo system,a transverse connection rod and embedded steel plates, wherein the embedded steel plates are embedded in a bottom plate, middle plates of layers and a top plate of the underground structure, the embedded steel plates in different layers are positioned on the same plumb line, and the circular steel pipe support is supported between adjacent embedded steel plates in different layers and on the sameplumb line and is welded to the embedded steel plates; and the axial force servo system is arranged on the middle plate of the negative first layer, the part, located in the negative first layer, of the circular steel pipe support is supported between the top plate and the axial force servo system, and the circular steel pipe support is connected with the axial force servo system through a flange.According to the system and the method, the problem of vertical stress of the underground structure generated when a structure system cannot be formed at one time is solved; and meanwhile, synchronous equal-proportion unloading of vertical temporary support is realized through the axial force servo system, trial work during support removal is greatly reduced, the working efficiency of support removal is greatly improved, and the risk of support failure and collapse is reduced.
本发明提供一种地下结构竖向临时支撑系统及使用方法,临时支撑系统包括圆形钢管支撑、轴力伺服系统、轴力伺服系统和预埋钢板,预埋钢板埋设在地下结构的底板、各层中板和顶板内,不同层的预埋钢板位于同一铅垂线上,圆形钢管支撑支顶在同一铅垂线上不同层预埋钢板之间,并与预埋钢板焊接,在负一层中板上设有轴力伺服系统,负一层的圆形钢管支撑支顶在顶板和轴力伺服系统之间,圆形钢管支撑与轴力伺服系统通过法兰连接。本发明解决了结构体系不能一次成型时地下结构的竖向受力问题,同时通过轴力伺服系统实现了竖向临时支撑同步等比例卸载,大大减小了支撑拆除时的试算工作,极大地提高了拆除支撑的工作效率,降低了支撑失效倒塌的风险。
