The invention provides a video-based charging pile parking space management method. The method comprises the steps of collecting a video image of a parking space area; obtaining the position of a license plate; if the vehicle is in a driving-in state, obtaining a license plate number; if the license plate type is a new energy license plate, controlling a parking lock to be unlocked; if the parkinglock is unlocked, detecting a reflective label; if the reflective label is detected and the detected duration time is not less than a second time threshold, controlling the parking lock to be closed,and setting the parking space state to be idle; if the position of the license plate is not changed and the invariable time is not less than a third time threshold, considering that the vehicle is ina stable parking state, and setting the parking space state to be occupied; and if the parking space state is occupied, the vehicle is in a leaving state, the reflective label is detected, and the detected duration time is not less than a fifth time threshold, considering that the vehicle leaves the parking space area, controlling the parking lock to be closed, and setting the parking space stateto be idle. Compared with the prior art, charging pile parking space management can be effectively realized.
本发明提供了一种基于视频的充电桩车位管理方法,包括:采集车位区域的视频图像;获取车牌的位置;如果车辆为驶入状态,获取车牌号码;如果车牌类别为新能源车牌,则控制地锁打开;如果地锁打开,对反光标签进行检测;如果检测到反光标签,检测到的持续时间不小于第二时间阈值,则控制地锁关闭,将车位状态设为空闲;如果车牌的位置不变化,不变化的时间不小于第三时间阈值,则认为车辆为停稳状态,将车位状态设为占用;如果车位状态为占用,车辆为驶离状态,且检测到反光标签,检测到的持续时间不小于第五时间阈值,则认为车辆驶离车位区域,控制地锁关闭,将车位状态设为空闲。与现有技术相比,本发明能有效实现充电桩车位管理。
