The invention discloses a BIM-based prefabrication method and a prefabricated formwork of a reinforced concrete broken line roof truss. The prefabricated formwork comprises inner formworks supported in inner holes of the reinforced concrete broken line roof truss and an outer formwork enclosed outside the reinforced concrete broken line roof truss, wherein each inner formwork comprises two or moresections of inner steel formworks, acute angle shapers and obtuse angle shapers, and the adjacent inner steel formworks are fixedly connected through the acute angle shapers or the obtuse angle shapers; and the outer formwork comprises two or more sections of linear steel formworks and folded steel formworks which are arranged at the top and the bottom of the reinforced concrete broken line rooftruss. According to the prefabrication method and the prefabricated formwork, BIM software is adopted to carry out simulation modeling, a steel structure formwork is used to replace a traditional woodformwork, the steel formwork is subjected to subsection processing according to the manually movable weight, a detachable connection structure is adopted for a butt-joint point, which is easy to remove the formwork. In addition, a certain number of steel formworks can be made for turnover use according to the actual site, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种基于BIM的钢筋混凝土折线型屋架预制方法及预制模板,该预制模板包括支设在钢筋混凝土折线型屋架的各个内孔中的内模以及围蔽在钢筋混凝土折线型屋架外部的外模,所述内模包括两段或两段以上的内部钢模板、锐角定型器以及钝角定型器,相邻的内部钢模板之间通过锐角定型器或钝角定型器固定连接;所述的外模包括设置在钢筋混凝土折线型屋架顶部和底部的两段或两段以上的直线型钢模板和折线形钢模板。本发明采用BIM软件进行模拟建模,并使用钢结构模板来替代传统木模,且将钢模板根据人工可移动重量进行分段处理,对接点采用可拆分式连接结构,便于拆模。而且钢模可根据现场实际制作一定数量周转使用,节约施工成本。
