Method for preparing high-scouring-resistance nano silicon dioxide concrete by using modified rice hull ash
The invention discloses a method for preparing high-scouring-resistance nano silicon dioxide concrete by using modified rice hull ash. Sodium silicate is obtained by calcining rice husk ash and sodiumcarbonate at high temperature. Then, the sodium silicate reacts with sulfuric acid to produce silica precipitate and soluble sodium sulfate. Finally, modified rice husk ash nano-silica obtained by drying and grinding the product is used to replace industrial silica to prepare an anti-scour concrete material. The modified rice husk ash nano-silica anti-scour concrete has better mechanical properties and anti-scour performance than industrial silica anti-scour concrete and lower early drying shrinkage value. Use of the modified rice husk ash nano-silica to prepare the concrete anti-scour material not only expands the application range of waste rice husk, but also realizes the recycling of waste; and the problem of land occupation for landfill disposal of the waste rice husk is avoided. Thehydraulic anti-scour material prepared by the method can produce good technical, economic, social and environmental benefits and has broad market application prospects.
本发明公开了一种使用改性稻壳灰制备高抗冲刷纳米二氧化硅混凝土的方法,将稻壳灰与碳酸钠高温煅烧得硅酸钠。然后,硅酸钠与硫酸反应生成二氧化硅沉淀和可溶性硫酸钠。最后,将产物烘干、研磨得改性稻壳灰纳米二氧化硅代替工业二氧化硅制备抗冲刷混凝土材料。改性稻壳灰纳米二氧化硅抗冲刷混凝土具有比工业二氧化硅抗冲刷混凝土更好的力学性能与抗冲刷性能、更低的早期干燥收缩值。使用改性稻壳灰纳米二氧化硅制备混凝土抗冲刷材料,不但扩大了废弃稻壳的应用范围,实现了废弃物循环再生利用;并且避免了填埋处理废弃稻壳需占用土地的问题。使用此种方法制备水工抗冲刷材料能产生良好的技术、经济、社会和环保效益,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
