Delayed expansive composite admixture for preparing roller compacted concrete
The invention discloses a delayed expansive composite admixture for preparing roller compacted concrete. The admixture is formed by compounding limestone powder, magnesium oxide powder and phosphorusslag powder, and the dosages of the limestone powder, the magnesium oxide powder and the phosphorus slag powder are sequentially 20-45%, 4-6% and 0-45% of the total amount of the cementing material. The composite admixture is used for replacing a fly ash admixture to produce the roller compacted concrete; the technical and economic problems caused by coal ash shortage or price rise are solved; inaddition, the roller compacted concrete can generate delayed expansion not lower than 15 * 10 <-6 >; therefore, the shrinkage of the roller compacted concrete in the long temperature drop process is compensated, the crack resistance of the roller compacted concrete is improved, the temperature control measures of a water retaining dam are simplified, the construction progress is accelerated, the cost of the temperature control measures is saved, the engineering investment is reduced, the benefit is created by putting into production in advance, and the desire of better, faster and more economical construction of the roller compacted concrete water retaining dam is realized.
本发明公开了一种配制碾压混凝土的延迟膨胀性复合掺合料。该掺合料是利用石灰石粉、氧化镁粉和磷渣粉复合而成,石灰石粉、氧化镁粉、磷渣粉的用量依次为胶凝材料总量的20%~45%、4%~6%、0~45%。利用该复合掺合料替代粉煤灰掺合料生产碾压混凝土,不仅解决了因粉煤灰短缺或价格上涨带来的技术与经济问题,而且能使碾压混凝土产生不低于15×10的延迟膨胀量,从而补偿碾压混凝土在漫长温降过程中产生的收缩量,提高碾压混凝土的抗裂能力,简化挡水坝的温控措施,加快施工进度,节省温控措施费用,降低工程投资,提前投产创造效益,实现更好、更快、更省地建成碾压混凝土挡水坝的愿望。
