The invention discloses a composite pile construction method and a composite pile structure. The composite pile construction method comprises the following steps that a prefabricated pipe pile prepared in advance is downwards inserted into a soil layer below a preset flexural region in a soil body so as to form a pouring channel above the prefabricated pipe pile, the upper end of the prefabricatedpipe pile is an open end, an inner channel communicating with the open end is formed inside the prefabricated pipe pile, a partition plate close to the open end is arranged in the inner channel, andthe partition plate divides the inner channel to form an upper channel and a lower channel; a reinforcement cage prepared in advance is placed on the partition plate through the pouring channel, concrete is poured into the pouring channel, so that the upper channel and the pouring channel are filled, and a cast-in-place pile is formed in the flexural area. The composite pile construction method isnot only suitable for areas with high intensity and large bending moment, but also capable of reducing the use amount of concrete and lowering the construction cost.
