The invention relates to a pipe column for a prestress anti-floating tensile reinforcing steel bar combined anchor rope. The pipe column comprises a concrete prefabricated pipe column body provided with a framework of steel reinforcement, and the pipe column can accommodate the reinforcing steel bar of the anchor rod. The inner diameter of the pipe column is 3-7 cm and the outer diameter of the pipe column is 14-30 cm. The framework of steel reinforcement is arranged in the concrete prefabricated pipe column. The combined anchor rope is a pre-tensioning prestress anti-floating tensile reinforcing steel bar anchor rope. The pipe column is a pipe column shaped jacket of the reinforcing steel bar of the anchor rod. The reinforcing steel bar of the anchor rod penetrates the pipe column, carrying plates which are provided with holes in the center and are greater than the inner diameter of the pipe column are placed at two ends of a product pipe column, and the reinforcing steel bar ends arefixed to the carrying plates or are welded and fixed to the carrying plates when stress is applied to the anchor rod exposed on the surfaces of the carrying plates. The reinforcing steel bar is a single finish rolled anchor rod reinforcing steel bar or comprises a plurality of finish rolled anchor rod reinforcing steel bars. When the finish rolled anchor rod reinforcing steel bars are used, the carrying plates need a prestress applying device provided with multiple holes and reinforcing steel bars.
