Sectionalized construction method for long and narrow ventilation pavilion structure foundation pit
The invention discloses a sectionalized construction method for a long and narrow ventilation pavilion structure foundation pit. The method divides the foundation pit into a diagonal bracing section and an opposite bracing section and comprises the following steps of that 1) foundation pit enclosing, foundation pit dewatering, foundation pit excavation and support erection construction proceduresare sequentially carried out on a ventilation pavilion until the bottom of the foundation pit reaches a designed excavation height; (2) in the foundation pit excavation process, an enclosure structureshared by the diagonal bracing section and a main body is broken; (3) a ventilation pavilion structure bottom plate is poured, the ventilation pavilion bottom plate of the diagonal bracing section isconnected with a main body structure plate, and a post-cast strip is reserved between the ventilation pavilion bottom plate of the diagonal bracing section and the main body structure plate; (4) after the bottom plate of the ventilation pavilion meets the design strength requirement, a second opposite brace and a second diagonal brace are dismantled; 5) the enclosure structure shared by the diagonal bracing section and the main body is broken; and 6) the post-cast strip of the diagonal bracing section is constructed, and casting of the side wall and the top plate of the ventilation pavilion is sequentially finished. According to the construction method, through dividing the construction sections and utilizing the lateral anti-bending capacity of the bottom plate, the purposes of optimizing a construction organization working face and improving the construction efficiency are achieved.
本发明公开一种狭长型风亭结构基坑分区段施工方法,将基坑分为斜撑区段、对撑区段,包括步骤:1)风亭依次进行基坑围闭、基坑降水、基坑开挖、架设支撑施工工序,直至基坑见底达到设计开挖高度;2)在开挖基坑过程中,破除斜撑区段与主体共用的围护结构;3)浇筑风亭结构底板,其中斜撑区段风亭底板与主体结构板相连,对撑区段风亭底板与主体结构板留有后浇带;4)待风亭底板达到设计强度要求后,拆除第二道对撑和第二道斜撑;5)破除对撑区段与主体共用的围护结构;6)施作对撑区段后浇带,并依次完成风亭侧墙、顶板浇筑。本发明通过划分施工区段,利用底板的侧向抗弯能力,达到优化施工组织作业面、提高施工效率的目的。
