The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to an installation and construction method of a grinding roller base of a raw material grinding mill. The installation and construction method comprises the following steps that keels in a latticed keel frame at the bottom of the grinding roller base are cut to form cutting holes before hoisting, so that the fluidity of grouting materials is increased; therefore, the hollowing phenomenon of the grinding roller base due to the fact that the grouting materials cannot flow can be avoided, after the grinding roller base is hoisted, the elevation and the horizontal position of the grinding roller base are adjusted by using an adjusting bolt and a jack, and then the grinding roller base and a metal corrugated pipe are welded and fixed together through an iron plate, so that the situation that the base deviates in the grouting process is prevented, after the grinding roller base is grouted, holes are drilled in the center area and corners of the grinding roller base to form a plurality of grouting holes, and then grouting is carried out on the grinding roller base by using the grouting holes. According to the construction method, the safety, the controllability and the economical efficiency are fully considered, a foundation is laid for hoisting of a grinding roller, and compared with the other construction modes needing to solve the problem, the construction method is fewest in investment, convenient to operate, safe, reliable and high in practicability.
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种原料磨磨辊底座的安装施工方法,通过在吊装前对磨辊底座底部的网格状龙骨框架中的龙骨进行切割形成切割孔以增加灌浆料的流动性,从而能够避免磨辊底座由于灌浆料无法流动而出现的空鼓现象,并于吊装后,利用调节螺栓与千斤顶调整该磨辊底座的标高和水平位置,之后利用铁板将磨辊底座与金属波纹管焊接固定在一起,以防止在灌浆的过程中底座跑偏的状况,且于灌浆后在磨辊底座中心区域与边角处钻孔形成多个注浆孔,之后利用注浆孔对其进行注浆,该施工方法充分考虑了安全性、可操控性、经济性,为磨辊吊装打下了基础,与其它要解决此难题的施工方式相比,投入最少,操作方便,安全可靠,适用性强。
