The invention relates to a geotechnical engineering informational design based support axial force servo control system. The geotechnical engineering informational design based support axial force servo control system comprises a servo loading control device, an axial force output device, a monitoring data acquisition device, a field control platform, a cloud-end server and a client end. While a horizontal support way of a foundation pit is inner support, the axial force output device is coaxially connected to a supporting rod part. In a foundation pit excavation and supporting use process, anaxial force control value of the supporting rod part is predicated through monitoring data of the monitoring data acquisition device and interaction of the cloud-end server based on the geotechnicalengineering informational design, and the axial force control value is fed back to the field control platform; and the field control platform controls the servo loading control device to regulate axial force output of the axial force output device according to the predicated supporting axial force control value. The control system provided by the invention can perform predication, control and pre-warning on deformation of a foundation bit according to a current state of the foundation pit, can effectively reduce influences, on a surrounding environment, of the foundation pit engineering, and guarantees foundation pit safety.
本发明涉及一种基于岩土工程信息化设计的支撑轴力伺服控制系统,其组成部分包括伺服加载控制装置、轴力输出装置、监测数据采集装置、现场控制平台、云端服务器、客户端。基坑的水平支护方式为内支撑时,将轴力输出装置与支撑杆件同轴连接。基坑开挖及支撑使用过程中,基于岩土工程信息化设计,通过监测数据采集装置的监测数据及云端服务器的交互,预测支撑杆件的轴力控制值,并将此反馈给现场控制平台,现场控制平台控制伺服加载控制装置依据预测的支撑轴力控制值调整轴力输出装置的轴力输出。本发明提供的控制系统,根据基坑当前状态对基坑的变形进行预测、控制、预警,能够有效降低基坑工程对周边环境的影响,保证基坑安全。
