The water guide plate is installed on the open end surface of the water collecting bucket, so that the water guide surface of the water guide plate faces the blowing direction of wind, the inclined rainwater falls on the water guide surface of the water guide plate, then the rainwater slides into the water collecting bucket along the water guide surface to increase the rainwater collecting amount of the rainwater collecting system, and therefore the rainwater collecting system has the advantage of improving the rainwater collecting efficiency.
