The invention provides a construction process of a fluorocarbon metal paint coating on a steel structure surface coated with a fireproof coating. The construction process is characterized by comprising the following steps of: step 1, taking a steel structure of which the surface is sprayed with a fireproof coating, and then spraying the surface of the steel structure with a reinforcing primer to form a first enhancing primer coating; step 2, coating and scrapping the surface of the first enhancing primer coating with special elastic putty for exterior walls to form a putty layer; step 3, spraying the surface of the putty layer with the enhancing primer to form a second enhancing primer coating; step 4, spraying the surface of the second enhancing primer coating with a mica intermediate paint to form a mica intermediate paint layer; and step 5, spraying the surface of the mica intermediate paint layer with fluorocarbon metal as a surface layer of the steel structure. The construction process provided by the invention not only can achieve a good decorative effect on the surface of the steel structure, but also can significantly improve the durability of the steel structure.
本发明提供一种防火涂料包裹的钢结构表面氟碳金属漆涂层施工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤1,取表面已喷涂防火涂料的钢结构,再在该钢结构的表面喷涂增强底漆以形成第一增强底漆涂层;步骤2,在第一增强底漆涂层的表面涂刮外墙专用弹性腻子以形成腻子层;步骤3,在腻子层的表面喷涂增强底漆以形成第二增强底漆涂层;步骤4,在第二增强底漆涂层的表面喷涂云铁中间漆以形成云铁中间漆层;步骤5,在云铁中间漆层的表面喷涂氟碳金属漆以作为钢结构的面层。本发明既可以对钢结构表面起到很好的装饰作用,又能显著提高钢结构的耐久性能。
